The 2003 City of Minneapolis Annual Report received a gold award from the League of American Communications Professionals 2003 Vision Awards Annual Report Competition. The report earned a score of 88 out of 100, with high marks in the categories of first impression, report cover, creativity, report narrative, letter to shareholders and report financials. The League of American Communications Professionals encourages and recognizes excellence in the practice of communications.
