Minneapolis Development Review Location & Parking InformationMinneapolis Development Review is located on the third floor of the City of Minneapolis Public Service Center: Room 300 Service Center hours Monday – Wednesday, Friday 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.* Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.* *Customers requiring Plan Review, Zoning, Preservation & Design** (HPC) services or Housing/Rental License services must sign in by 3:30 p.m. **Preservation & Design (HPC) services will be available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Wednesday. Free parking (up to 2 hours) is available for Minneapolis Development Review customers in the parking lot located behind the Public Service Center. Enter on 3rd Street. Bring your ticket and exchange it for a validated parking token.
