Records Information Unit Staff will advise of charges for large volumes of data or a number of requests, requiring extensive time and research, before processing these requests.

  • All requests are handled on a first come, first serve basis. 
  • It is not necessary to identify yourself when making a request for public data.
  • All requests for information are processed in accordance with the State of Minnesota data privacy laws and MPD policy.
