Mayor R.T. Rybak discusses the Minneapolis Recovery Project.
A message from R.T. Rybak and City Council President Barb Johnson

Minneapolis, like the rest of the nation, is feeling the effects of the recession. That’s why we’re working hard to make the most of federal stimulus funding. We’re taking that job seriously, because at the end of the day, that’s money that we’ll use to put people to work, to rebuild our infrastructure, and to make Minneapolis an even stronger place to live, work, or run a business.

We’re dedicated to going about this work as transparently as possible—by sharing as much information as we can along the way. We hope you find this Web site a valuable resource.
